The Madison Airport (MSN) will be the closest option to fly into. You can also fly into the Milwaukee airport (about 1.5 hours from Madison) or Chicago Airport (about 2.5 hours from Madison) and there are bus options to Madison.

You are welcome to stay wherever you'd like but we encourage out of town guests to stay in Downtown Madison where the city will be thriving! We will have a shuttle picking up and dropping off at our three hotel block locations (see Travel tab). If you'd like to stay outside of Madison, there are hotel and AirBNB options near the venue in Edgerton. Feel free to reach out for suggestions!

We encourage everyone to utilize our shuttle from one of the three hotels or ride share (Uber, Lyft) to the venue so you don't have to drive. If you do prefer to drive, there will be parking onsite.

They will pickup at The Edgewater at 2:45pm, Hotel Indigo at 2:50pm and Sheraton Madison Hotel at 3pm. Even if you aren't staying at these hotels, you are welcome to meet there at the designated time and ride them. The shuttles will return to all three hotels at 9pm and 11pm.
